Can I register online?

Yes you can, however, we do not guarantee course material for anyone who registers after the late date deadline. We do however print extra copies; we just have no way of knowing how many late registrants we could have.

Can I go to part of a program?

Yes. We offer pro-rated registration fees for anyone interested. Please call our office if you are interested in speaking to someone concerning this option.

When will I receive my certificate?

We make the certificates available to you at the end of the course. Please see the onsite meeting planner as you leave to pick up your CME certificate.

How long will it take for me to receive my DVD order?

We typically ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Items are shipped USPS priority mail and usually are received in 2 to 3 days (if orders are being shipped in the US).

Can I have my DVD order shipped overnight?

Certainly. There will be an additional charge, and you may call our office to get further information.

When will I receive my confirmation that my registration was received?

If you register online, you will receive an email response immediately, and then also a mailed confirmation letter in approx. one week. If you fax or mail your registration to us, please expect the confirmation letter within 7-10 days after we receive the registration.

How do I know if a course is full?

Anytime a course fills and we cannot accept any additional registrations, we will post the notice on our website and also a message on our phone system. Please expect all courses to be open unless this notice is given.

How can I register for the course?

We accept registrations online, by mail or faxed in to us. We do not accept registrations or orders for DVD’s over the phone.

Will I receive my course materials in the mail?

No. All course material will be available to you at the time you check in at the course.

Am I responsible for making my own hotel arrangements?

Yes. Please contact the hotel directly to secure your room reservations for the course. We publish this information for you in our printed brochure as well as online for your convenience.

Will you be able to help me with my travel arrangements?

We are unable to assist you in making your arrangements for travel. IICME has worked on your behalf with key travel organizations to provide discounts for your travel needs. Please look under the travel or hotel tabs online, and also in the printed brochure.
