Course Description

This conference is a unique practical update of clinical medicine designed for community and academic radiologists. Clinical Update for Radiologists is a four day course developed for diagnostic and interventional radiologists to discuss new developments in clinical medicine as they relate directly and indirectly to everyday practice. Outstanding clinical faculty will review latest information in Sports Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Neurology and in many other medical and surgical specialties. Workshops will complement the four day lecture series.

The purpose of this meeting is to 1) Review clinical medicine topics as they relate to radiology, 2) Update general medical knowledge as practicing physicians and 3) Improve clinical skills dealing with patients. This is not an imaging meeting. The course will not provide instruction in performance and interpretation of imaging modalities. This course will increase your confidence when speaking with referring physicians and will improve your communications with patients.
