Course Description
This course is an intensive review and update of musculoskeletal MR imaging techniques. The faculty will review the current status of imaging specialized anatomic areas such as the knee, spine, foot and ankle. They will discuss the design and implementation of musculoskeletal imaging protocols. This will provide an excellent opportunity for the practicing radiologist to review the current imaging procedures as well as expose them to the newest procedures and modalities being used.
Educational Objectives
At the conclusion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- Discuss the current Musculoskeletal MR imaging procedures
- Design and implement appropriate musculoskeletal imaging protocols
- Apply the current advances in musculoskeletal imaging to diagnosing disease processes in the elbow, knee, spine, hip, foot, and ankle
Target Audience
The target audience for this course is all practicing radiologists.

Method of Physician Participation
To earn CME credit, you must watch all the lectures for this course (DVDs), and read the course materials and complete a post assessment CME quiz. Estimated time to complete course – 15 hours.
Evaluation Method
Each CME activity includes a post assessment CME Quiz and course evaluation to determine that the learning objectives have been met and that the activity was of educational value to the target audience and was unbiased. The evaluation also assesses whether or not the CME activity resulted in a change in physician practice behavior and offers participants a method of feedback.
