Case Based Tutorials in Neuroradiology: Head/ Neck Radiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology – CANCELLED

This 3 day course, 5 hours per day, will be divided into 45 minute segments in which key topics in neuroradiology, head/neck radiology and musculoskeletal radiology will be presented in both a didactic and case presentation format.
Registrants will actively participate in answering questions related to challenging imaging material. It is anticipated that in each 45 minute segment, approximately 7 cases will be shown and as appropriate questions will be posed for each case.
Educational Objectives
- Describe the crucial and accurate elements of a diagnostic imaging report in brain, spine, head / neck and musculoskeletal imaging
- Understand the basic underlying anatomy which allows a complete analysis of stroke patients and subsequent interventional care.
- Develop an understanding of merit base incentives and other metrics used to evaluate radiology practices.
- Demonstrate future improvements in MR imaging
Target Audience
This course is intended for academic and community radiologists who have a particular interest in neuroradiology, head and neck radiology and musculoskeletal radiology, Residents and fellows preparing for ABR examinations and Neurologists whose practice involves interpretation of neuroradiology images would benefit from this imaging material.
